When booking, LugLess offers four Support Plans: Minimal, Basic, Essential, and Extra. Each has a set of features that will be included with that trip. Make sure to review each option as you cannot change your Support Plan after checkout. Some features, however, like increased coverage or pickup, can be added to any plan separately after booking.

Minimal Livin’ on the edge
- Self-print labels
- You must print and securely attach shipping labels.

Pro tip: You can add pickup to any trip after booking, as long as 24 hours notice is given. Simply head to "Get Labels" > "Other Label Options" within your account.

- If your delivery is late and the carrier admits fault, you'll get a $10 LugLess credit per item.
Pro tip: Digital labels are QR codes presented upon drop-off. The carrier will scan, then print and adhere your labels. Please note, it’s important to ensure you are showing the correct code with the correct bag!
Extra Sitting pretty
- Custom shipping kit

- If your delivery is late for a covered reason, you'll get a $20 LugLess credit per item.
Pro tip: The shipping kit includes ready-printed labels, zip ties, and fly-tags to attach your labels. When booking with our Extra plan, the kit is included if you book with at least five days’ notice. If it is not shown as an included feature when you checkout, there isn’t enough time for a kit to reach you ahead of your trip (you will not be charged for it).
