How much does LugLess cost?
Good news: LugLess is always upfront about pricing! When booking, a user provides the details of their trip, and the total cost is shown. As long as those details don’t change, no additional charges should be expected. Since LugLess is able to leverage our volume with FedEx and UPS, you can be sure you’re getting the best rate. How we calculate prices
We work hard to make shipping easy for you, but it’s actually pretty complicated. Pricing is based on dozens of factors, but these are the big three:
- Size – What are the dimensions and weight of your shipment?
- Speed – How fast do you need the shipment delivered?
- Distance – How far is the shipment going?
Shipping costs can fluctuate daily, and we’re unable to match previous rates, so we recommend booking to lock in a price.
What if I need to change my booking?
We get it, plans change! That’s why users can make changes to their trip right up until transit. Even if you choose our Minimal plan, you have the opportunity to upgrade if needed.
Simply head to the “Edit” tab within your account. When making changes, any update in pricing will be shown, and you’ll have to confirm before the charges are collected. Upgrades and add-ons are not refundable.
Keep in mind that to receive a refund for an unused label, it must be removed before transit. We cannot refund for labels that ultimately go unused.

Forgot to make changes before drop-off or pickup? We’ll be transparent, carriers do have fees associated with no-notice changes, but we’ll always alert you, and our team is here to assist if you need additional clarification. For a seamless experience, double-check your trip details!
