What is the No Baggage Club?
Once you join the Club, you’ll earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. You can redeem points for rewards and discounts. Rack up 100 points? That’s $5 off your next shipment! The more you ship, the more you earn. You’ll start earning points after signing up; prior trips cannot be redeemed for points.
Does LugLess offer a student discount?
When you sign up with a student account, you can receive a $10 LugLess credit toward your first shipment. To be eligible, you must enter a “.edu” email address. We also have a partnership with Student Beans.
Does LugLess have a referral program?
Yes, if someone signs up using your referral link, you will receive a $10 LugLess credit once they complete their first trip. You can find your personal link within your account, under “Get $10.”
I forgot to enter a promo code; can I apply it after booking?
Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to a trip. They must be entered at checkout; if you are having trouble redeeming a promo code, reach out to help@lugless.com ASAP.
Can you match a previous quote?
Shipping rates can change daily, so the only way to lock in a price is to book the trip. LugLess cannot match the rate of previous quotes or trips.
