What is an address correction?
When you book with LugLess, the information you provide will be reflected on your labels. If there is an issue with your address, the carrier will work to correct it and deliver your item. However, the carrier may charge a fee for the additional work. This fee is applied to each corrected tracking number.
What can the carrier charge for?
Carriers charge fees for incorrect or incomplete addresses. A forgotten unit number, wrong ZIP code, misspelled town, or even incorrect formatting can prevent delivery.
When these mistakes occur, your item may be removed from transit until the carrier can obtain the correct information, which can result in additional charges.
Cost: $30 per bag

Residential surcharge
If you receive a residential surcharge, your destination was marked as a business but was actually a residence.
Our carriers can deliver to residences, businesses, hotels, or carrier locations. These options may come at different prices, and it costs carriers slightly more to ship to a residence.
Cost: $9 per bag
Didn’t mean to mark your address as a company? The cost is the same whether the fee is collected at booking or after delivery.
