It's actually normal for the origin address to be incorrect unless you've upgraded to a pickup.
Drop Off
If you are dropping off your luggage, the origin address printed on the shipping label will not be the actual location where you drop your luggage. You can drop your luggage off at your convenience, and that means any staffed carrier location. We recommend entering your home/hotel as your origin address.
Pickup
If you have a pickup scheduled, the origin address on the shipping label is where the pickup will take place. Therefore, it must be corrected if it is wrong.
