Every LugLess trip can be modified or cancelled. In accordance with the support plan you selected, there may be an associated fee. For changes, only our Minimal plan requires an upgrade; simply double-checking the details of your booking will avoid the fee. The cancellation policy of each support plan is also shown on the booking screen. We don’t like surprise fees, you don’t like surprise fees, so we’ll always be upfront with what you can expect!
Edit
You can modify a trip up until drop-off, or 24 hours before pickup. If you have a pickup scheduled the day you’re making the change, proceeding will switch your trip to drop-off. If you reschedule your trip for at least 24 hours’ later, you can simply switch back to pickup. At this time, carriers do not allow for same-day pickup scheduling.
When making changes to your trip, the cost or updated price will always be shown. Charges will only be collected after confirmation, or clicking “save.” Changes in prices are based on current shipping rates, which can fluctuate daily.
Once you make changes to your trip, new shipping labels will appear in your account. Always use the newest labels, otherwise, the edits will not be received by the carrier.
To edit your trip, head to:
My Account → Trips → View Trip → Edit
- Change your origin and/or destination address
- Add and/or remove bags
- Select a different service level
- Add value protection to your luggage
Keep in mind it takes a moment for new labels to generate! Labels should be available shortly after a change. If you need your labels sooner, reach out to help@lugless.com.
Cancel
You can always cancel your trip in accordance with the support plan selected. If you choose one with a cancellation fee, LugLess is unable to refund it. To confirm if your plan has a fee, click the “cancel” button in your account; cancellation requires confirmation so you won’t accidentally proceed!
As a courtesy, same-day cancellation is fully refundable for all trips, regardless of the support plan selected. You must cancel the trip on the same day it was booked in order to receive a full refund. If you run into trouble, you must reach out to our team same-day for assistance.

FAQs
What if I upgraded my plan to be editable, but didn’t make any changes? Upgrades and add-ons are non-refundable, which is why they require confirmation.
How can I tell which are the newest labels? Only the newest labels will ever be displayed within your account!
I already attached my labels; do I have to replace them? If you’ve made changes to your trip, new labels will be generated. To ensure the changes are reflected, you must use the new labels.
Can I edit my support plan after booking? A support plan cannot be changed after booking, however, you can make changes to your trip like increased coverage or adding pickup.
