Are there any size restrictions?

Our labels can cover up to 75 billable pounds per item. Plug your luggage’s dimensions into our calculator to see what size your bag is! Our carriers do have weight and dimensional limits to what we can ship, but we’ll always let you know if there are overages. 

What is the maximum size

Any bag with a length plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] combined that exceeds 165 inches (419cm) can not be shipped. If it is somehow accepted by a carrier, it may incur fees of up to $1,500. 

What is the maximum weight

Here at LugLess we recommend you keep each piece in your shipment under a  billable weight of 90 pounds. However, you can technically ship up to 100 pounds with our carriers. Shipments that exceed 90 pounds will be deemed a Large Package. Shipments exceeding 100 pounds may be subject to costly handling charges of up to $1,500 per package.

What is a Large Package

A Large Package is any bag that meets one or more of the following criteria:

• 90+ billable pounds
• Length plus girth (length + [(2 x width) + (2 x height)]) combined exceeds 130 inches (330cm)
• Length exceeds 96 inches (244cm)

A Large Package is subject to a $170 surcharge and a minimum billable weight of 90 pounds (40kgs).
