Can I change or cancel my trip?

You can always change or edit your trip directly through your LugLess account, but get to know your support plan before you do! Each plan varies on its policies for canceling and editing before you ship your luggage

Edit

Depending on the support plan you selected, there may be a fee to edit your trip. Editing your trip will allow you to:

  • Change your origin and/or destination address
  • Add and/or remove bags 
  • Select a different service level
  • Add insurance coverage to your luggage 

To edit your trip, follow the steps below:

My Account > Trips > View > Edit 

Note

Once an edit has been made to your order, new shipping labels will appear in your account. Please print out these new labels, as this is the only way to ensure your edits will be honored


Cancel

Depending on the  support plan you selected, there may be a fee to change or cancel your trip. Within 72 hours from the send luggage date of the first leg of your trip the fee may increase. To cancel a trip, follow the steps below:

My Account > Trips > View > Other > Cancel
