Can my luggage be held for pickup?

Unless you're shipping to a business or the home of someone you know, we strongly recommend our Hold for Pickup option. This works especially well for the likes of AirBnB. Here is how the hold for pickup works:

Enter your Final Destination Address - The hold point will be based on this address

Choose "Hold for Pickup?" - After you choose your support plan, we will have you verify your address. Choose "Hold for pickup?"

Choose your Hold Point - We will provide you with a list of hold points nearby, and you should choose the one that works best for you!

Contact your Hold Point - We recommend contacting the staff at your hold point to inquire about fees and procedures

How to collect your luggage from a hold point

When you arrive at your destination, you will go to the hold point you selected to pick up your bag. Be sure to bring a photo ID that matches the name on your shipping label, as you will be required to show this in order to receive your luggage. A hold point will hold your luggage for up to 5 business days from the time of delivery!
