How do I find a missing bag that shows delivered?

When the carrier tracking shows your bag delivered but it's clearly not there, these steps may help you locate your bag:

Verify the delivery address is correct
Look for a notice of attempted delivery or delivery signature in carrier tracking
Look around the delivery location for your package (side door, back deck, or even in your garage)
See if someone else accepted the delivery (neighbor, apartment building staff, or hotel staff) 

If you still cannot locate your bags then we recommend you  contact the carrier and ask to have the driver confirm where your luggage was left. Once your bag is delivered, it is no longer covered by value protection.
