How do I file a claim?
In the rare event that your luggage is damaged while in transit, you should contact us immediately for assistance. If you purchased insurance we will work with you to get your claim started. The claim process is super easy and usually takes less than two weeks from start to finish.
What is needed to file a claim?
1. Claims must be filed within 15 days after the delivery date
2. Retain all packaging as evidence of damage
3. Original receipts or proof of purchase required for full replacement value
Please note that insurance typically only covers the contents of your luggage, and coverage is restricted for the luggage itself if it was shipped naked (unboxed).
