Can I modify the shipping label?

You should not modify the shipping label, and doing so will void our guarantee and may result in a delay or loss of your luggage.

We ask that you refrain from making changes to any documents provided by LugLess. If a change is necessary, you can modify the trip and the system will automatically generate new shipping documents.
